    Escalation Handling, attach files and images in the chat, alert me when an automation run fails & Manually Mark Chats as SPAM

    • NewYou can now manually mark any conversation as spam directly from inside the chat window. This prevents your AI Agent and automated campaigns from continuing to reply to unwanted email addresses or phone numbers if the bot didn't automatically flag them. How to use it: open the conversation in your inbox, click the More actions menu (the three dots ...) in the chat header, and select Mark as spam. Once marked, VERBALEAD immediately stops all bot and campaign messaging to that contact, and the chat is moved out of your inbox. If you ever need to reverse this, simply open the contact and select Not spam from the same menu. (Note: The bulk Spam action on your Chats and Contacts lists continues to work as usual!)
    • NewSettings, Notifications now has an Automation failed category with email, push and bell switches. The alert names the automation, shows the error and opens the failed run. Repeated failures of the same automation are grouped into one alert every 6 hours, so a looping automation cannot flood you, and you also get one when an automation is switched off for looping. Test runs from the editor never send it.
    • NewLive now. VERBALEAD has a paperclip next to the message box, and you can also paste a screenshot or drop files onto it. Up to 3 files per message, 10 MB each: images, PDF, Word, text, CSV and Excel. VERBALEAD looks at the image or reads the document for that message, so you can show him an error screen or hand him a client's requirements doc.
    • NewEach AI agent now has a "Send escalations to" setting under its Human alerts switch: the account owner, one team member, or a department.
    • NewWhen that agent hands a chat over, the chat is assigned to that person or filed under the department (optionally handed to whoever has the fewest chats), and they get the alert on their own notification settings.
